All services provided by J Financial Solutions are considered digital and/or service-based. Due to the nature of credit repair services, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once services have begun.

Please allow 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for initial processing after enrollment. Updates, onboarding details, and communication will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, so it is important to ensure your email is accurate and accessible.

Once your file has been reviewed and work has started, you will receive updates regarding your account and progress via email. It is your responsibility to monitor your email for all important notifications.
